Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges:

Agape Tees gladly accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of your order. In order to begin the exchange process, please contact customer service for instructions.

Please Note:
-Customer pays shipping on exchanges
-We do not charge a restocking fee

Returns:

In the unlikely event that your order comes with a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.  We will either mail out the same product to you at no charge or issue you a full refund.

Our internal policy

-- customer who damages the shirt and claims that it arrived like that. - We tell them that we know the product wasn’t shipped out like that and that we will give them a one time only store credit. Mark their contact details on a “problem customer” data base

--If customer did receive a damage product, we will either mail them out a free replacement or issue a full refund, their choice
