Refund policy

Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

If returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, Agape Tees will offer to reship the order. If their products arrive damaged or defective, you can request store credit within 14 days of product delivery. Photographic proof required.

Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 14 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
